By and large, it was well-maintained and perfect place with friendly staff on checking in the receptionist. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals.

Great location in the heart of the town, close to restaurants and bars. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel provided a free underground parking, which was convenient for us.

The rooms were a bit noisy, with thin walls and floors. We could hear the guests in the room above us and noise from the corridors.

No toileteres. No soap even to wash hands, no shower gel etc. No one around to ask for any. Reception closes at 6 and you're stuck if you need anything

The staff was very helpful and they even left us the keys on the check-in desk when we arrived late at night. The location and terasse were superb.

It was immaculate, bright and with a balcony. The location was excellent and perfect, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Ahornbahn Gondola.

For relatively high price, no internet, no elevator, rare change of furnishing

My must haves' are a fairly quiet, bright room with shower, single sofa bed, for example. Have to say I really enjoyed awesome and delicious breakfast:)))
